Japan Steel Works (JSW), in conjunction with Marubeni Techno-Systems America, Inc, opened the JSW Compounding Technical Center in the Novi, Michigan in 2003.
The Technical Center at Novi is equipped with extruder models TEX44 and TEX28 along with auxiliary equipments such as gravimetric feeders, vacuum pump, liquid pump, pelletizer, strand cutter, underwater cutter, etc.
The setup allows the testing of customer's materials to provide technical assistance in process, and to allow for demonstration of the equipment.
MTSA is not just a sales agent for JSW's extruder in North America. Yet, as a sales agent of JSW, MTSA provides traditional services of support to new customers and existing customers.
However, with the technical center, MTSA can go beyond the role of traditional sales agent and provide support for effective implementation of JSW's extruder for customer's specific applications.
