With the new generation wire saw, users can make thinner silicon wafers with less kerf loss and other loss from the cutting process. NTC’s wire saw can increase the productivity and profitability of the wafer slicing process.
Along with the wire saw for wafering, NTC has developed other equipment for the manufacturing of wafers, including silicon ingot or brick slicing systems, slurry recycling systems, and many other auxiliary equipments.
